REFUND POLICY

  • REFUND AND CANCELLATION GUIDELINES Customers have a period of 30 days from the date of product acquisition to initiate a refund request. For items bought but not yet dispatched, a cancellation/restocking charge of 25% is applicable. For items that have been dispatched or delivered, a 50% restocking fee is applicable for returns made within 30 days of receipt. No refunds will be issued after the 30-day period. Please note that the restocking fee is waived only for returns of products that are defective upon arrival. Returns for personal reasons will incur a 50% restocking charge. Depending on your location, we may provide a shipping label for returns; otherwise, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to an address provided upon request.
  • INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILURE TO RECEIVE DELIVERY POLICY Due to the nature of our products, the cost of returning would be more than allowing the shipping company to destroy the goods. Therefore, failure to receive the parcel on time or inputting the incorrect address may lead to the disposal of your order which by purchasing from us you agree to release us from liability in case of such an event.
  • POLICY FOR PRODUCTS DEFECTIVE UPON ARRIVAL We understand the value of our products and ensure thorough quality checks before dispatch. Every product is rigorously inspected to guarantee all components are included and functioning properly. Should a product be defective upon arrival, report the issue to us within 24 hours of receipt for assistance. We will facilitate an exchange under these conditions:
    • The product must be returned in its original state without any modifications, disassembly, or tampering.
    • If the packaging is damaged during transit, it's beyond our control. However, we can offer a free replacement upon evidence of such damage. Customers are responsible for the return shipping of the damaged item. A replacement will be dispatched once the return shipment is confirmed. Each case will be treated individually, and we are committed to providing the best possible resolution. We reserve the right to grant or deny refunds and to make final decisions on this policy, especially in cases suspected of fraud.

  1. Shipping Protection Coverage
    Our shipping protection covers lost, damaged, or stolen items during transit. By opting for shipping protection at checkout, you ensure that any issues with your shipment will be addressed.

  2. No Refunds Policy
    Please note, we do not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Instead, we will send you a replacement product of the same item, subject to availability.

  3. Claims Process

    • If your item is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, you must file a claim with us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
    • You will need to provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or details of the shipment issue, such as tracking information or other relevant proof.
    • Once your claim is approved, we will promptly send a replacement product, if available, at no extra cost to you.
  4. Eligibility for Shipping Protection

    • Shipping protection is only available when selected and paid for during the checkout process.
    • Any order without shipping protection is not eligible for claims under this policy.
  5. Exceptions

    • We do not cover issues related to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
    • Claims for orders that have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier are not eligible for shipping protection.
